We are a Recruitment to Recruitment (Rec2Rec) Agency, founded in 2022 with a lot of care and a desire to be the best in the industry. We always take our customers’ and clients’ best interest at heart and we do whatever it takes to reach the end goal. We don’t think that selling you a dream works in the long term, so instead our beliefs are based on being transparent and professional along the way.

We are qualified in filling roles from Graduate/Junior level up to Manager/Director level within different recruitment industries. We are not limited in terms of levels, markets or industries, but our main focus is IT, Engineering, Life Science, Digital, Finance, Construction and Medical within the UK. And it doesn’t end here - We are also working with clients that are arranging relocations overseas.
